Chloe advises senior and emerging leaders on a broad range of topics, including leadership effectiveness, high-performance team development, interpersonal communication, executive presence, and cross-cultural collaboration. Chloe is also an adjunct leadership and career coach to MBA students and alumni at Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.
Chloe brings two decades of experience in leadership and talent development, strategic change and communication, and organizational development to her clients. In her coaching work with senior leaders, Chloe creates a non-judgmental environment that provides leaders unique opportunities to critically reflect on their challenges, gain perspectives and move to tangible actions. She is clear and direct when giving feedback, always holding leaders accountable for their commitment to success. In her facilitation work, Chloe is warm, engaging, and inclusive. She encourages conversational dialogue among participants and is skilled in designing learning experiences that are impactful and memorable. Chloe has coached, designed, and facilitated programs for clients including Deutsche Bank, KPMG, Dropbox, Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Apple.
Chloe holds an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is a graduate of an accredited coach-training program and a certified practitioner of MBTI® and Neurolinguistic Programming. In addition, Chloe is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She is also a graduate of Tamalpa Institute in Kentfield, California, for a year-long Movement, Mind-Body, and Expressive Art education program studying the Life/Art Process®.
Chloe speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Pacific Ocean and the redwood forests are Chloe's two great loves. You can find her exploring new trails in the Redwood Regional Park or dancing with the waves at Mount Tamalpais's magical Tennessee Valley Beach in her free time.
