Elissa is a communication consultant who specializes in designing and delivering leadership coaching and development programs after more than a decade working with rogenSi, including a leadership role in London and following roles in Marketing and Business Development in Australia. Her particular expertise is helping clients build negotiation, communication, pitching, belief/mindset, influencing, presentation, selling and personal branding capabilities, in support of high stakes business communications. With experience across a variety of industries, Elissa has spent significant time consulting in the financial services, media, advertising, mining and pharmaceutical sectors and currently divides her time between banking & finance clients and media owners.

A graduate of universities in Australia and England, Elissa holds a BA Communication and a BSc (hons) Psychology. She is a certified Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) coach, Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader and TetraMap practitioner. In addition, she facilitates the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument tool.
