Laura spent 16 years at Microsoft Corporation in marketing, communications, and leadership development roles, including eight years coaching leaders. Her combined experiences have made Laura passionate about helping clients improve their communication to build executive presence and inspirational leadership skills.
Laura is also an advocate, public speaker and coach on work-life balance. She is the best-selling author ofThe Life Balance Playbook. Laura is a certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC) and holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA from Luther College. She spends her free time with her husband, two kids, and their ridiculously small dog.
