An executive coach, trainer and facilitator with more than 15-years’ experience, Libby works with leaders, teams, and high potentials to develop the leadership and self-management skills essential to reach their fullest human potential. Libby also delivers energized keynotes on the topics including Work-life balance, Servant Leadership, Communications, Resilience, and others. Her clients benefit from the skill and sensitivity of a business entrepreneur steeped in experience leading teams in complex project management and highly detailed, fast-paced environments.

Libby has served as a Founding Guide and Coach for Chief, a private women’s business network - facilitating leadership circles and was a Senior Consultant with Potential Project helping Fortune 500 executives hone their leadership skills. Her education includes a BA in Contemplative Psychology and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University, ES.

A published writer, she was a contributor to Harvard Business Review’s,“The Mind of the Leader” and prior to that, a columnist for 002 Magazine where she wrote on the arts. Libby is passionate about competitive tennis, adventure skiing. She sees her love of sailing as a great metaphor for life – where playing field is always changing, and often without notice. She divides her time between Hawai’i, Houston, and San Francisco.
