Po Li is a consultant, coach, facilitator and lecturer specializing in adult learning and development, well-being at work, global leadership, and intercultural development. Po Li has extensive experience of people development in countries like Malaysia, UK, Singapore and China. Her work in China focuses on developing talent and leadership for multinational businesses.
Po Li’s work and life philosophy are shaped by the Chinese Middle Way philosophy (中庸 ) as well as through her experience of living and working in diverse cultures.
Originally from Malaysia, Po Li obtained her PhD, specializing in Adult Learning, Educational Psychology & Cross-Cultural Psychology from the Faculty of Education, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. Her interests in adult learning and cross-cultural issues have led to various publications including in the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources.
